V i n t a g e / / Sweet Sixteen!

30th of January. What does it seem to you? Nothing.
But it bears a huge significance for me. Cause, it's my Birthday!

Yeah, whereas most of you insolent people might go, "Oh, who cares about your damned Birthday anyway?". I don't really care, the most I know is it's my special day. So I am gonna make the best of it.

Set off as usual. Uncle took the wrong turn. Then I thought, "Ah! What a bad way to start a Day like this.". My superstitions engulfed me and I thought I was gonna have a bad day ahead. But I was proven wrong. Arrived in school as early as usual.

Eunice presented me a Teddy Bear as a gift. Yay! It's really cute, though my sister thinks its ugly and so did Mom. I don't know. But I don't care too. It's just cute to me. Thank you, Eunice. :D

During Literature Class today, Mrs Kaan shook hands with me and wished me "Happy Birthday!". Just as I thought Teachers were on the arc of ignorance. I guess this proved me wrong.

Sarah gave me a Birthday Card today. T'was sweet. My second Gift of the day. Hannah scares me still. She runs around screaming, "It's Rennie's B-day!" as if a celebrity is coming to Singapore. No

HT didn't come to school again today. This is another negative point to note. Since I was practically lonely for the whole time because of her absence. =_=;

Went home at around late afternoon and ate 'Mian Xian', which Granny made for me, to remind me that I was older. Yes, finally an Opportunity to watch NC-16 movies! Bwahahaha! /gg

Mom and Dad came back early. Went out after that for a Birthday Dinner. We had a tough decision choosing our destinated eatery. It's either Swensen or Sakae Sushi. After much consideration, we ate at Sakae Sushi at Marine Parade and saw my cousin working there. Dad was the one who recognized him first, after receiving a *poke* from him. I was kinda inspired to work. The four of us ate Teppanyaki. I took the Chicken set. The Chef was pretty strict about the portions given though. Especially about the meat issues. But the bean sprouts were ample, at least. But overall, it was a good meal, if the price was overlooked, in my perspective. When there's free food, you just gotta do it! >:D

CQ wants to make a trip to Popular after the meal to purchase a Geography help guide. So we made our way there. Marine Parade suddenly looked different to me. Maybe I haven't went out for a long time to realize the changes. Or is it... the Deceit of my very own eyes? Let's not bother about that for now.

Bought the Best Selling Books. and . Both were at a 20% discount, but they amounted to $30 still. Paid Mom the remains since the meal was meant to be my gift from her.

Then, here I am, back home and typing. Glancing at the clock, I realize that in roughly 3 hours, the day will end. Sigh, what a short birthday this is. But at least I enjoyed it. I'd like to thank those people who made this day enjoyable for me.

Epitaph of Twilight

Yet to return, the shadowed one.

Riding the Wave is Skeith, the Shadow of Death, to drown all that stands.
Mirage of Deceit, Innis, Betray all with the flawed image, and did aid the Wave.
And by the Power of Magus, a drop from the Wave doth reach the heavens, and creates a new Wave.
With the Wave, Fidchell, the power to tell the dark future, hope darkens, sadness and despair rule.
Gorre schemes when swallowed by the Cursed Wave.
Macha seduces with the sweet trap.
Wave reaches the Pinnacle, and escape none can. Tarvos still remains with more cruelty to punish and destroy.
And with the turbulent destruction after the Wave. Only a void remains. From deep within the void arrives Corbenik.

Shunning the field broken by Wave.
The shadowed girl whispers,
